Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Product & PR – Pacific you will be responsible for developing and managing annual brand strategies and budgets for the Pacific region. Effectively and dynamically managing, developing and overseeing all brand marketing material for advertising, promotions and other activities to ultimately engage customers and drive sales.
Further to the above you will manage relationships and develop activities with all sponsorship partners to drive brand consideration and engagement. You will also work closely with Product, CRM, SEM, Digital and Operational teams to deliver omni-channel communications. Finally, your will also be responsible for managing and developing the Marketing Executive.

What we’re looking for
A tertiary degree (or equivalent) preferably in Marketing or Business with proven experience in marketing management with financial and numeric reason skills is essential for this position. As is prior experience in Brand Management, Digital and Brand Marketing (understanding of digital channels including SEO, SEM and CRM will be advantageous) and proved ability to develop and manage teams.
Success in achieving short- and long-term marketing objectives with a results-oriented approach as well as experience dealing with key business partners at a senior level, including agencies is also required.
Ability to work effectively across a very broad range of internal and external staff and build strong relationships. You will need this for negotiation, planning, problem solving, organising multiple tasks simultaneously and confidently presenting details to a C-Suite audience.
