Marketing Manager 

DOCOsoft, a leading software and services provider to Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance market, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Marketing Manager to join our growing team. 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for market research, understanding trends and customer preferences, creating marketing strategy and budgets, overseeing the creation of marketing materials and content. 

You will play a crucial role in our team, working alongside our Head of Sales to develop highly effective strategies to generate high quality leads. You will be responsible for optimizing our CRM, monitoring and analyzing lead generation activities and using your commercial acumen and expertise in data analysis to recommend contact strategies to sustain and accelerate our growth trajectory. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop lead generation strategies: Work with the leadership team to design and launch campaigns to create measurable leads, pipeline impact and impact brand awareness with key buyers – enterprises, financial institutions, etc. 
  • Support the execution of effective lead generation programs through new business and customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising. 
  • Manage brand identity: Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s brand identity and messaging. 
  • Digital Marketing: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, SEO, and digital advertising. 
  • Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences. 
  • Measure and report on marketing performance: Regularly measure and report on marketing performance, using data to inform future campaigns and strategies. 
  • Lead and manage marketing team: Oversee and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. 
  • Develop sales enablement materials: Create sales enablement materials, including product presentations, demos, and case studies, to support the Business Development and Account Management teams. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis: Investigate industry trends and competitive offerings and use insights to inform marketing decisions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure that lead generation efforts are aligned with business goals and customer needs. 
  • Develop product positioning and messaging: Work closely with product management and the leadership team to develop and communicate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging. 

Requirements:  

  • Demonstrable experience of marketing in Lloyd’s of London and the broader insurance market 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • Approximately 10+ years’ experience in managing B2B Marketing programmes with proven experience in lead generation 
  • A proven track record in implementing, analysing and improving sales or marketing campaigns with a focus on maximising ROI. 
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to industry changes. 
  • Experience in building lead flows including how to apply lead scoring models and define KPIs (MQLs, SQLs…) 
  • A track record of developing and executing successful Marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business goals. 
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools, such as Marketo, Hubspot and Google Analytics. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 
  • Experience working in or with in the SaaS or InsurTech industries an advantage
