The Role

We are seeking a qualified college student for an internship position in the Marketing department. The position provides an opportunity for the student to learn the day-to-day activities of the department related to pursuing new projects for the firm. The intern will be exposed to the various applications of the firm’s branding, while learning about the architecture, engineering and construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Update and format marketing materials, including resumes, project sheets/lists and one-pagers.
• Assist with the preparation of proposal/qualification response packages in addition to collateral for business development purposes.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations.
• Update and maintain various databases.
• Other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Strong writing skills and editing ability.
• Detail-oriented.
• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
• Interest in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industries and marketing for the professional services industry.
