Do you love digital marketing? And do you have an eye for user experience optimization? Are you interested in getting insight into the day-to-day tasks in a data-centered marketing department? Then you may very well be our new Marketing Intern helping us optimize marketing operations at Ageras.

Who are we?

Ageras Marketplace is a part of Ageras Group – the largest professional service platform in Europe. We are here to make life easier for SME’s and microbusinesses by personally matching them with the right accountant or lawyer. We are currently planning to expand our product offering on Ageras Marketplace, meaning more verticals will be added.

Joining our Global Marketing Team your colleagues will be highly specialized, international paid marketing specialists, marketing and content managers, growth hackers and developers who all share a passion for always improving our lead focused digital marketing efforts. You will report to our Growth Marketing Manager.

What will you be doing?

As our Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for various marketing activities. One day you could be looking into doing e-mail automations, and the next day you could be looking into Google Analytics and the behavior of our users. So do not worry; this is not an internship where you will spend your time in the copy room or making coffee – quite the contrary!

More specifically, you will be assigned to work on various marketing tasks, such as:

• Optimization of our webpages
• Implementing A/B testing
• E-mail automations
• Make suggestions and implement design optimizations across channels
• Contact to some of our tool providers ensuring all agreements are up to date
• Some practical work as organizing our files, accesses, and e-mail accounts
• Ad hoc tasks for our global team as well as the local teams in Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and the US.

Who are you?

You are pursuing an AP, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject and have an interest in digital marketing. Maybe you don’t know which direction to choose? Then this is your chance to get wiser.

You also have:

• A genuine eagerness to learn and try out new things
• A creative and innovative mindset
• A love for structure and processes
• Strong drive and a responsible and independent approach to work
• Excellent proficiency in English
• It’s a BIG advantage if you speak German, Finish or Dutch,

The internship has a duration of minimum 3 months, hopefully longer, and is unpaid, but lunch is of course on us

It is a full-time internship, but we are flexible should you need to attend a lecture sporadically. We recognize that internship regulations vary depending on study programs, so we will have a chat about this and your individual situation during the recruitment process.
