Marketing Intern Job Detail

StepStone is seeking a highly motivated marketing intern to support all areas and functions of the marketing team. They will assist with event support, creation of materials, analytics, calendar updates, administrative marketing support and coordination of branded materials.

To excel in this role, the candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment and support numerous concurrent projects. This is an in-person position based out of the Firm’s London office.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support conferences and event program coordination, including location research, logistics management, content preparation, attendee coordination and post-event analytics
• Handle firm branded materials with vendor research, idea generation, inventory management, distribution, and payment coordination
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conference calls
• Aid in monthly/quarterly update process for PowerPoint decks and Website
• Assist in maintaining marketing platforms (Pardot, Zkipster) and create event invite templates
• Provide platform support (Seismic, various webinar platforms) to users through updates and/or recordings
• Handle various event calendar updates
• Manage Outlook Inboxes, recording and saving down documents

Qualifications/Other Desired Skills/Attributes:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability
• Promote and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude but also the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Manages time effectively, follows up on relevant issues
• Acute attention to detail
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel essential, Teams a plus)
• Salesforce knowledge preferred but not required
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
