Job description: We are looking for a Marketing Insights Manager who will effectively plan and handle custom research initiatives, providing timely, precise, and valuable insights that support informed decision-making and enhance growth for the organization.The team you will be part ofThis new Marketing Insights Manager role is within our Global Research Team, emphasizing data acquisition and insight formulation to enhance business growth.The position will report to the Head of Research. The selected candidate will take charge of research initiatives, leading them from initial concept development, through the management of fieldwork, analysis, and to the point of providing results and clear recommendations to the stakeholders. The position is based in GN Group’s Global Head Office in Ballerup, Denmark.Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • manage qualitative and quantitative studies from start to end using internal (Registered Users Database) and external recruitment sources and plan and manage projects making sure that research, analysis and data needs are met
  • effectively respond to and liaise between the internal stakeholders and Research Agencies throughout research lifecycle and ensure research findings are credible, business relevant, and actionable
  • Deliver clear recommendations from internal and commissioned research to integrate insights into business strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Monitor, analyze, and report findings, recommending action plans in response to competitive activity and macro trends affecting company performance
  • manage and develop relationships with research partners to ensure quality of day-to-day service and deliverables, however most of the time you are to manage research projects from start to end with no agencies involved
  • build positive relationships with key stakeholders enhancing the role of the Marketing Insights Team within the business
  • work collaboratively with team members to support in research tasks and provide guidance needed
  • work efficiently and effectively with several GenAI tools and open to find and experiment with new methodological solutions and AI-enabled tools and models

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • have several years of experience in Research and Insights within global businesses in IT/Tech/Digital sectors
  • can lead complex insights projects within evolving organizations
  • are skilled at processing significant amounts of data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations and possess proficient organizational and analytical skills, along with good written and verbal communication skills
  • are commercially oriented and adept at translating data into business actions and understand the culture and dynamics of various global markets
  • demonstrate an initiative-driven mindset focused on practical solutions and accountable for meeting expectations
  • are fluent in English, both written and orally
