Marketing & Graphic Design Job Detail

JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist in brochure creation and in the production of marketing materials including signs, website concepts, digital marketing, business cards, programs, flyers, etc. for a commercial real estate firm and a group of commercial real estate agents.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate would assist all marketing efforts for an internal team of commercial real estate agents on all digital and physical print pieces.

• A self-motivated individual able to work independently, while collaborating with others positivity
• Creative and versatile—able to produce effective design solutions for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects at once
• Patience and the ability to create for others and to allow others control of design aspects with a “get a job done” attitude

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Maintain current creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Design company brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and website and social media elements
• Coordinating with outside vendors, web developers, printers, and colleagues as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID)
• Critical thinking mindset and keen attention to detail

Considered an asset;

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and web development
• Experience in videography and photography
• Understanding of sales and marketing within the real estate industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
