This newly created role will be the engine behind embedding new ways of working, driving accountability, and championing operational excellence.The day to day

• Lead the implementation of the OBM framework across the marketing team and agency partners in collaboration with the Associate Director of Marketing Operations.
• Ensure the OBM is fully integrated into campaign planning, day-to-day delivery, and leadership investment reviews.
• Support agency and internal teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching to ensure consistent understanding and application of OBM principles.
• Monitor and refine processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance across Creative, Production, and B2B marketing streams.
• Act as the key point of escalation for performance, workflow, or prioritisation issues.
