Job description: A prestigious, long-established jeweller with a strong heritage and loyal client base is looking to appoint a Marketing Executive & Operations Coordinator to support both day-to-day operations and creative marketing activity.This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s most respected family-run fine jewellers, known for offering a refined collection of jewellery, watches, and bespoke services within an elegant retail environment.About the RoleThis dual-role position would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on luxury retail environment and can effortlessly bridge creative marketing with operational excellence. You’ll play a key part in maintaining the brand’s polished digital presence while also supporting high-level store operations and events.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Digital Support
- Maintain and update the company’s luxury e-commerce website, ensuring products, images, and messaging reflect the high-end brand identity
- Collaborate with photographers and creatives to coordinate pack shots and campaign shoots
- Assist with content creation and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Support the wider marketing calendar with email campaigns, seasonal promotions, and Google Business updates
- Use tools such as Photoshop to ensure all imagery is high-quality, cohesive, and on-brand
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide PA-level assistance to senior management, including calendar management and communications
- Coordinate logistics for in-store events, liaising with vendors and ensuring smooth execution
- Handle general office and retail administration to support the daily running of the store
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Highly organised and adaptable, with excellent multitasking skills
- Experience with website CMS platforms and digital content management
- Strong eye for aesthetics and branding, especially in a luxury or design-led environment
- Comfortable using Photoshop and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or e-commerce is highly desirable
