Global Marketing Social Media Executive

Location: homebased, occasional travel required

Our Medical Devices (or Regulatory Services RS) team ensures patient safety while supporting timely market access for our clients’ medical device products globally. BSI has successfully achieved designation as a Notified Body in The Netherlands and United Kingdom and is an accredited ISO 13485 Certification Body recognised in many global markets.

Due to the growth of the Commercial team, we are looking for a Global MarketingSocial Media Executive who helps to grow brand awareness and maximise revenue generation.

As Global Marketing Social Media Executive, you will:

  • Create and execute the Global Medical Devices social media marketing plan.
  • Create social media content for our Medical Devices audience to really bring the story to life.
  • Track, measure and report on all social media activity and think of ways to improve our digital performance.
  • Manage the Voice of Customer (VOC) Survey responses and follow up actions to improve NPS score.
  • Support Global Digital Marketing Manager with global execution of all webinars via Go to Webinar platform and confident to run ‘live’ webinars on the day.
  • Other ad hoc marketing support where needed.

To be a successful Global Marketing Social Media Executive, you’ll need to:

  • Be educated to degree level, in Marketing or similar or at least two year’s working knowledge and real-world experience in planning, managing and executing social media initiatives that span owned, earned and paid channels
  • Have good understanding of social channels (specifically, LinkedIn and YouTube) and how they can be used in a B2B environment, their potential impact on acquisition and retention as well as their effect on brand perceptions
  • Have experience in the following social media management and analytics tools: Sprout, Hootsuite (or similar tool), and LinkedIn Campaign manager. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be useful but not essential.
  • Be familiar with setting clear campaign goals and a strong understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools – ability to analyse digital campaigns, demonstrate actionable insight and ROI.
