Would you like to join our team?As Marketing Executive, you will be working across an extensive portfolio which includes 18 global passenger car & commercial vehicle manufacturers alongside a range of homegrown Donnelly Group brands. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your existing Marketing skills in a fast-paced environment at Northern Ireland’s largest family owned motor retail group.The role is based at the company’s Head Office in Dungannon with travel to other Donnelly Group locations and events across Northern Ireland as and when required. Reporting to the Head of Marketing the Marketing Executive will, as part of a team be responsible for implementing all aspects of Marketing for the Donnelly Group.Other informationFull time position with core hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. Flexibility regarding company events & marketing requirements is required.About the roleKey ResponsibilitiesWork on allocated brands as agreed with the Head of Marketing, actively plan and implement all marketing activityComplete both internal & external Marketing Plans for allocated brands on a quarterly basis and communicate to relevant brand contacts where appropriateAttend meetings, web conferences and participate in regular calls with Sales Managers/Site Directors and manufacturers for allocated brands as and when required to discuss progress, results and objectivesPrepare for and contribute to departmental marketing meeting to review campaigns, discuss plans and share ideasSocial media monitoring, management and advertising for Facebook, Twitter, Linked In & Instagram channels to include responding to and handling customer queries in a timely mannerLiaise with third party agencies contracted by Donnelly Group and by manufacturers to ensure effective marketing supportEnsure all advertising complies with manufacturer requirements and advertising standards;Update and maintain Donnelly Group website content with relevant content on an ongoing basisSupport used vehicle advertising and photography process to include quality control in line with company guidelinesProvide detailed briefs to Graphic Designer and Comms agencyProvide Sales Managers/Site Directors for allocated brands with campaign results with the help/guidance of the Head of Marketing on a monthly and quarterly basisAssist the Head of Marketing and the broader marketing team with tasks as and when requiredWho are we looking for?Essential criteriaPossess a degree in marketing or related disciplineTwo years’ experience in a marketing or related roleA confident communicator willing to put forward solutions and opinionCreative flair with originalityStrong IT & written skills with exceptional attention to detail, working with a high degree of accuracyHighly organised with the ability to prioritise effectivelyMust be able to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work as part of a team on group projects & tasksFull valid driving licenceDesirable criteriaTwo years’ experience of social media advertising to include a demonstratable working knowledge of Meta Business Manager suiteCIM or similar qualification in digital marketingPrevious experience of the Automotive IndustryOther informationFull time position with core hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm. • A confident communicator willing to put forward solutions and opinion;
• Possess a degree in marketing or related discipline
• Full valid driving licence
• Ability to work as part of a team on Group projects & tasks
• Must be able to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Two years experience in a marketing or related role
• A confident communicator willing to put forward solutions and opinion
• Creative flair with originality
• Strong IT & written skills with exceptional attention to detail, working with a high degree of accuracy

Desired Criteria

• Two years’ experience of social media advertising to include a demonstrable working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager suite
• CIM or similar qualification in digital marketing
• Previous experience of the Automotive Industry
