Job description: Role: Marketing Executive – Permanent – CarrickfergusVANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Marketing Executive to permanent position. This dynamic organisation is based in Carrickfergus, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to imperative marketing campaigns and initiatives in a supportive, professional environment.

• Salary – £26,000 – £32,000

The Role

• Represent the organisation professionally and positively, while supporting marketing objectives across the company.
• Manage online presence by uploading website content, conducting search engine optimisation, and leveraging social media to translate marketing strategies into action.
• Drive engagement through email marketing campaigns, including creating, distributing, and maintaining the contact database.
• Produce and distribute press releases, maintain a gallery of project media, and update the CRM system with valuable contacts and opportunities.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure compliance with all company policies, including Health and Safety standards.

The Person

• A third-level qualification in Marketing or a related subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (grades A-C) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Practical knowledge of social media for business marketing.
• Proven ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Creativity in developing ideas and producing high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and confidence in advising senior management on marketing strategies.
• Sensitivity, confidentiality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• A full driving licence with access to transport and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Expected salary: £26000 – 32000 per year
