This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your potential and contribute to a brand that’s redefining home improvements – we’re really flushing out new ideas!What You’ll Be DoingAs our new Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness for Victorian Plumbing. Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll get stuck into a variety of exciting responsibilities:

• Developing & Implementing Marketing Strategies: Create innovative strategies that make a real impact.
• Leading Digital PR Initiatives: Enhance our online presence and build strong relationships with key media.
• Managing Promotional Calendar & On-Site Communications: Ensure our brand message is clear and consistent across all platforms.
• Shaping Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to engage our audiences.
• Developing Sports Partnerships: Lead the development and management of sports partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
• Contributing to Media Strategy: Provide valuable input and support in shaping our media strategy, collaborating with our multi-million-pound media buying team.
• Supporting Diverse Marketing Channels: Contribute to other marketing channels including email, UX, PPC, CRM, and data, ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Collaborating with Specialists: Work closely with specialists across various marketing disciplines to ensure a coordinated and effective marketing strategy.

• Digital marketing expertise with proven experience working within a leading digital marketing team.
• A track record of success in delivering measurable business results through effective marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding and experience with key marketing channels, including SEO, digital PR, social media, and media buying.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills to evaluate performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in an e-commerce business.
• Experience in app-driven marketing.
• Experience in media buying.
