FG Barnes is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and proactive individual to join their growing marketing team.
The Marketing Executive will work within a passionate and restless team who are responsible for all marketing across the FG Barnes Group.We are currently working on a project to review and improve the marketing across the group so this is a really exciting time to join us!The Marketing Executive will work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of a range of high-quality and engaging internal and external communications, advertising campaigns and marketing materials.The main responsibility of this role is to work with and support the Senior Marketing Manager with all marketing tasks so this a very varied and busy role!You will work on marketing across our sites so there are plenty of opportunities to meet and work with different people every day.
The successful candidate will be someone who has previous knowledge and experience of marketing and is looking for the next step in their marketing career.They should be a team player, a strong communicator and have a genuine passion for marketing.We are seeking someone with a dynamic and outgoing personality who is able to develop strong working relationships with people from across the company at various levels.If you are self-motivated, creative and looking for a new challenge, then this is the right job for you!

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Create and produce advertising and marketing campaigns based on the needs of the FG Barnes Group;
• Work collaboratively with agencies and suppliers to design and refine advertising artwork and marketing materials;
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Assistant to deliver successful campaigns and proof creative and written content;
• Review outcomes of campaigns and report this information to the Senior Marketing Manager;
• Create reports for the Senior Leadership Team to track successes and areas for improvement;
• Support the Senior Marketing Manager with marketing strategies and plans;
• Develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure that the FG Barnes and associated brands are represented to the highest standard;
• Any other marketing or general tasks that are deemed appropriate by the Senior Marketing Manager or Senior Management Team.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience of working in a marketing team;
• Knowledge of different forms of marketing and their effectiveness for selling a product;
• An organised and proactive individual who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• A keen eye for detail and a creative thinker who has lots of ideas to bring to the table;
• Experience of analysing data and compiling reports;
• A team player who is also able to work effectively on their own;
• An interest in the motor car industry is advantageous but not essential.
