Set up of campaign workflow and emails in marketing automation platform(Adobe Campaign)
Brief and manage the work with internal and external execution teams to build out and execute the tactics including but not limited to paid and social media, SEO, nurture campaigns and landing pages.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

SPOC to ensure data security, integrity and compliance.
Seek and recommend new technologies to enhance customer experience
Advisory on marketing technologies for business users.
Leverage Martech to improve operation and streamline the process
Exploratory, recommendation and implementation of new technology to enable customer experience and process improvement.
Ensure operational continuity of platforms by prioritizing, commissioning and managing platform Incidents and Change Requests( ie Salesforce, raise ticket in IT assist)
Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions.
Increased digital footprint & improvements in targeted company/persona profile due to additional data linkages thus resulting in more accurate campaigns target.

5 to 8 years of IT solutions & Digital marketing experience.
Experienced in System integrator environments, focusing on Enterprise Customer Segments that needs complex IT solutions and services, ranging from Data centre, outsourcing and managed services.
Ability to work with agencies and industry and MNC partners.
Deep hands-on planning and project executional experience for inhouse project or agency projects.
Local and regional marketing experiences in a B2B tech industry.
Data driven analysis competencies
Adobe stack such as Adobe Campaign, AEM, and SEO, SEM, Google Analytics
Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex and dynamic environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
Good understanding on new media – digital and social media marketing
