Job Description
Leading residential sales and marketing firm, The Corcoran Group, is seeking a Marketing Education Instructor. The role is responsible for providing support through education and training to broker owners, agents and marketing support teams across the Corcoran Affiliate Network, independently owned and operated franchise brokerage locations. The role will involve crafting engaging curriculum materials, leading virtual classroom sessions, and providing hands-on instruction to real estate agents to understand the essentials of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing Learning and Development and works closely with the Senior Manager, Agent Marketing & Education and Affiliate Marketing and Client Success teams.
Education Instruction
- Co-instructor for the Education team, instructing virtual classes, select in-person classes and recording on-demand classes as needed.
- Instruction on Corcoran’s digital and social media products.
- Lead monthly marketing tools & best practices classes.
- Lead small group classes with individual affiliates as they are on-boarded into the Corcoran network and ongoing as needed. In some instances, in-person instruction may be required.
- Assist as needed in company-wide educational events.
Education Development
- Support the Marketing Education team in further refining the curriculum: strengthening our offerings, providing support around class creation & updates, making recommendations, and supporting projects and internal promotions.
- Collaborate with the Agent Studio team to share and record upcoming classes.
- Continuously keeping up to date on marketing trends, tools, and strategies, attending relevant workshops, to enhance instructional effectiveness.
Education Strategy
- Builds positive relationships with local Affiliate Marketing teams to receive educational feedback on how we can improve our curriculum and promotions.
- Apply data acquired from class attendance and feedback forms to inform overall improvement of marketing education offerings.
Skills:
- Proven knowledge of adult learning methodologies and standard processes for virtual instruction
- Adaptability and willingness to always learn more
- Possess excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to forge positive relationships
- Process and analyze information to problem solve
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching/training in an educational setting is preferred.
- Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- 3 years+ experience with marketing education instruction.
- Real estate, franchise and/or multi-unit business experience preferred.

Compensation Range
$75,000 – $85,000 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
