Plan, direct, coordinate and manage marketing policies and programs. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing profits balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. Monitor trends and identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, and market characteristics. Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products/services. Create promotional messages and themes to drive business. Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels. Build relationships with national and local media outlets. Evaluate the performance of campaigns and troubleshooting those that underperform. Brainstorm ways to promote new products/services. Educate employees and other departments about industry marketing trends. Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities. Requires five (5) years of experience as a Marketing Director (Enterprise Market) or as Marketing Manager
