What Will You Work On?
The Marketing Specialist (MS), Marketing Delivery role, is instrumental in managing the execution of all Partner marketing plans. The MS works with the Manager, Marketing Delivery to manage campaign end-to-end delivery excellence coupled with client management excellence in support of our Partners. This role seeks new ways to add value, consistently meeting and exceeding day-to-day Partner needs. The MS plays a key role in all phases of the campaign process ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time and on budget.
This role reports to the Manager, Marketing Delivery and will be collaborating with our Client Services, Channel Marketing, Marketing Operations, A&I, Customer Care teams, as well as the entire Marketing department. There is shared accountability of Partner/Program objectives with A&I, Client Services and Marketing and the Marketing Delivery team plays a key role as the main Client contact from the time the plan is approved. This team will be involved in the pre and post campaign phases and will be expected to provide insights that will help formulate the campaign plans.
How Will You Create Impact?
Executing Marketing Calendar
- Work jointly with the Manager, Marketing Delivery and Channel Strategy team on AMRP campaign planning and taking the plan to lead the delivery of marketing activities for assigned Partners ensuring all creative assets are created/supplied, built to spec, on schedule, within budget, and comply with legal, brand standards and AODA compliance
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure lead time, resources and channel support availability, completing project execution tasks as part of the workflow/process to efficiently execute campaigns
Day to Day Response
- Build and maintain a professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders and Clients, through all aspects of the campaign process from planning to deployment via written and verbal communications – project briefs, creative presentations, weekly status calls, etc.
Budgets & Results
- Ensure knowledge and understanding of campaign performance in order to collaborate with Client/CS/Mktg and ensure learnings are applied to future campaigns
Let’s Talk About You:
- Post secondary Certificate/Degree. Preferred: Business/Marketing Communication
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Agency experience would be an asset.
- Steong client management skills communications, influence, negotiation and being solutions focused
- Strong project management skills, being able to multitask and work with with cross functional teams to deliver omni channel Partner campaigns
- Solid understanding of digital marketing
