About your role


We’re now looking for an exceptional CRM Executive to cover Maternity leave for 12 months to help support our national CRM activity and any local club requirements (price, prize money, events, sessional information) :-
  • Email and SMS support to communicate price and prize money in all clubs
  • Creating National CRM campaigns to drive admissions (DM, Email and SMS)
  • Email and SMS support for local clubs events
  • Analytical support to understand impact of campaigns

Where does your role fit in?

Sitting within the CRM function within Marketing, you will work as part of an integrated team to deliver the most value to the business from our existing customer base whilst building long term brand relationships with our customers.
Your role will be pivotal in creating marketing communications like Direct Mail, Email and SMS to drive admissions into clubs. Your work will involve liaising with teams across the marketing department to ensure all campaign plans support the national marketing promotional plan whilst also taking into account the local needs of individual clubs. You will also work with the data teams to understand the impact of your campaign and improve future performance.

Responsibilities

The focus of your role will be supporting the Senior CRM Manager with the planning and delivery of the BAU and spike campaigns to increase admissions, frequency of visit, new customer acquisition aswell as day to day local club CRM requirements. As part of this role you will be required to:

  • Creation of DM, Email and SMS that communicates the national marketing plan
  • Align all CRM activity with the national marketing promotional calendar to ensure customer communications is seamless.
  • Support in the management of local requests for additional CRM activity to support individual club activity and communicating prize money.
  • To understand and support in the creation of an Events CRM plan, in line with player value/ demographic & geographic segments and grow incremental engagement and ticket sales for future events
  • Brief templates and creative into the relevant team members and manage the deployment of the campaigns.
  • Supporting role in the management of the E&E/ Bada Bingo database and work within the confines of UKGC compliance and GDPR rules
  • Report on the results the plan has delivered, including the results of any launches and testing plans.
  • Admin based duties including briefing clubs on campaigns, recording email/SMS open rates and performance, and dealing with sensitive data.

Skills & experience

You’ll aim to achieve:

  • Be proficient with the tools we use to deploy CRM activity (emails, SMS & Sinch)
  • Be confident in linking CRM campaigns to the National Marketing Promotional planner
  • Create positive working relationships with the Retail teams to understand their local club requirements
  • A deep understanding of our Events database and the CRM activity required to drive ticket sales and engagement.
Essential
  • Experience using CRM tools to send SMS & Email campaigns or an aptitude for using digital systems – we’re happy to provide training if this is something you enjoy and want to progress
  • Creative flair in generating ideas, briefing design assets and writing engaging copy for an excitable party brand
  • Excellent communication skills, both within the team and with stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future testing plans
  • Energy and enthusiasm!
Desirable

  • Experience in Optimove CRM System
  • Experience in Optimail, Mobivate, Kick Dynamic, IMS & Website CMS
  • Knowledge of the gaming, live music or events industry and key player segments within this

Additional Information

This is a full time, permanent role which is offered on a hybrid basis – you’ll be home based but welcome to work from our Nottingham hub as much or as little as you like, we just ask that you are happy to travel in for team meetings, to collaborate and as required by your manager.
