Position Summary
This is a fulltime opportunity in Oklahoma. The ability to travel to the Oklahoma City office is required.
Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma (OK), a division of CVS Health, is looking for an individual with experience in health care marketing, project management and communication. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new health plan from the ground up! Your efforts will help provide Medicaid members and their families with more ways to access support and the tools to be their healthiest.
The Marketing Coordinator, Provider Marketing, will be a key contributor on Aetna Better Health of OK marketing team. This position will be focused on health care provider (physicians, nurses, office managers, etc.) marketing to help the health plan enhance satisfaction, strengthen relationships and grow and retain members. This position will also partner with internal teams to enhance the provider experience with Aetna Better Health of OK.
Ideal candidates will be skilled at managing projects from concept through fruition while balancing multiple priorities at once. In addition, this position involves working across the company with various departments and subject matter experts to support business goals.Required Qualifications
Must reside in Oklahoma.
3+ years of experience in social media and project management and/or client service/account management.
2+ years experience in health care marketing/communications and project management
Excellent written and presentation skills, including proofreading
3+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 15% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $90,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
