Our amazing Regional Retail Marketing team is looking for its newest member who can help them in their day-to-day job. Core Responsibilities:

Supports the Campaign Managers with execution of global and regional activations including campaigns, events, store openings and PR outreach.

Supports the production and uploading of store communication content (directives, calendar entries, responding to ad-hoc Marketing requests from Stores)

Owns Local Marketing, ensuring strong support of LEGO Retail activity from EMEA malls and high street associations

Manages EMEA Marketing Calendar updates

Partners with vendors including PR, Events and Media agencies

Works cross functionally with Marketing Communications, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations and Business Unit Marketing teams.

Identifies, tools, processes and opportunities to drive efficiencies

Provides ad-hoc support to the Marketing Director and the full team

This role sits in LEGO Retail Regional Marketing that supports our business in EMEA. We are responsible for taking the global marketing campaign plans and implementing them locally for both Stores and LEGO.com. We’re also responsible for locally driven activity such as PR, Events, Store Openings, Local & Proximity Marketing and integration with the Market Groups and Business Units. The successful candidate will join a team of 8 marketeers. We deliver the ultimate brand experience for our shoppers and work closely with Store Operations to ensure a strong execution in store as well as with the LEGO.com team to optimise the traffic going to eCommerce. In addition, we partner with the Brand Teams across the rest of the LEGO Group, to ensure strong collaboration across the business.

Marketing studies

Passion for Retail Marketing including knowledge of in store shopper touchpoints and experience of delivering in store events

Hands on retail experience and a strong commercial savvy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Calm and flexible approach, ability to manage multiple projects and thrives in a global, fast-paced retail environment

Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills

Problem solver, resourceful, ambitious, and proactive
