Marketing Coordinator in Etobicoke, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Client Marketing Coordinator to support client-facing campaigns and sales enablement programs, in addition to supporting upgrade and loyalty programs for the Canadian market. Reporting to the Senior Director, Client Marketing, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to support regular client-facing upsell and cross-sell campaigns and sales enablement programs as well as the upgrades program. You will work with colleagues in the marketing team and across functional lines to support strategies and deliver materials that support the needs of the business. The ideal candidate is agile, creative, and comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time. You love marketing and are excited to dive into multiple projects. You are open to discovering new ways of doing things and supporting a high-performing team. You have some experience or are a recent graduate from an advertising, marketing, communications, or public relations program.

*Collaborate closely with Prospect and Field Marketing, as well as external vendors, to support campaign development, including creative concept, messaging and product positioning

*Support the development and execution of upgrades campaigns to clients on legacy products as they are sunset

*Campaign tactics include emails, webinars, social content, talk tracks, sales enablement tools and more

*Work closely with Field Marketing and Sales Operations to launch campaigns with Sales, as well as track and report on Sales execution of campaign

*Monitor and report on campaign performance to various stakeholders

*Track and report on all campaign deliverables to the project team

*Prepare and execute quarterly client newsletter, and report on its performance

*In close consultation with counterparts in the U.S., evaluate and localize U.S. materials as needed

*Participate as a member of the larger project team in Canada and the U.S.

Skills and Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Media, related field, or equivalent experience

*1-2 years of marketing communications and/or media relations experience in a corporate setting

*Demonstrated creativity and ability to support and execute marketing campaigns

*Capable of developing clear and compelling campaigns based on buyer personas

*Ability to win customers, influence partners and establish credibility with project teams

*Proficiency working with data; experience with data-driven marketing.

*Ability to think on your feet and exercise judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes

*As part of a cross-functional team, willingness to roll up your sleeves and support colleagues in internal communications

*B2B experience in technology, payroll/HR services/financial services industries is an asset

*Bilingualism an asset

*Keenly focused and able to pay painstaking attention to details and develop projects with colleagues in a wide range of locations and job functions

*Experience managing and soliciting feedback and input from a variety of stakeholders across varying levels of seniority ”’
