Brno Marketing team has exciting opportunity for Marketing enthusiast who is ready to step up their career and work on global projects!

The primary purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to provide support for Product Marketing team through the management of long-term and short-term projects. This role works with our Global Marketing Department and is responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining reports and managing processes to support all digital marketing materials.

For this role, you will be based in Brno, cooperating globally with your colleagues and stakeholders, working 11.30am – 8pm with some flexibility. 

Responsibilities:

• Traffics marketing materials to stakeholders, collates feedback & confirms approvals
• Collaborates with cross-functional marketing teams to curate and update marketing content for the global audience
• Tracks and reports progress of marketing projects
• Supports marketing content development, execution and monitoring as needed
• Adhere to corporate brand/ and corporate guidelines while producing and processing marketing materials
• Participates in the creation of concepts and brainstorming sessions to improve content publication and curating
• Implements updates to company websites
• Manages digital asset library
• Assists in developing marketing plans

Qualifications:

• Education in Corporate Communications, Marketing/PR or related field, or have 2+ years of related work experience
• Understanding of online content strategy and target marketing
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient level of English language is required
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently on projects
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office(knowledge of marketing tools is an advantage)
• Experience with product marketing is an advantage
