Enercare has recently introduced a hybrid working environment pilot for most office-based roles, providing the benefits of in-person connection and collaboration with increased balance and flexibility. Role: Marketing Coordinator

Status: Regular, Full-Time

Division: Enercare Commercial Services

Location: High Meadow

You will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing, Commercial, Builder and Strategic Partnerships too support the overall strategy in the areas of content marketing, digital marketing and other lead generating aspects of the business. You will be responsible for the coordination of updates made to our digital platforms, including Enercare.ca and Google PPC advertising, as well as support the development of sales enablement for Energy Management Consultants and our Dealer and Builder partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategy for commercial, dealer and builder network marketing
  • Support sales request
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and provide recommendations on data
  • Create, develop and mange content for Enercare.ca/commercial
  • Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, newspapers, one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials
  • Liaise with agencies to manage ad-hoc creative requests
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns and related activities
  • Track incoming opportunities so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure growth

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing role
  • Post-Secondary education and/or related professional work experience
  • Experience in managing and creating comprehensive marketing initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and follow- up as necessary in a fast-faced environment
  • Ability to learn about company products and services
  • Exceptional written communication and organizational skills
  • Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator abilities a bonus
