Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing in our client facing Program Engagement team, you will be coordinating and executing communications plans for our clients. You will be a part of a fast paced global team that is innovating and leading in the channel incentives and insights industry. What you will be doing:
The Client Marketing Coordinator works with the Marketing team to build and execute communication plans to support clients launching a new incentive, rebate or spiff program. Their primary responsibility is to ensure our client’s target submits claims through their branded portal(s).
- Writing email copy, training collateral, direct mail, sell sheet and training video storyboards
- Participating in project meetings and defining next steps for marketing deliverables
- Drafting creative and task briefs
- Coordinating creative approvals with client
- Putting together PowerPoint slides
- Updating project status reports
- Producing estimates and coordinating invoices for creative / professional services
- Assist with gathering assets for training materials
- Conduct competitive analysis or market research for our clients
- Attend creative reviews and feedback sessions pare and send accurate client invoices and reports using 360 Systems
- Reconcile accounts receivable and general ledger accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquires in a timely manner
- Client deposit reconciliations
- Support payment functions including Direct Deposit input and Cheque Issuance
What you bring to the Marketing Coordinator role:
- Experience creating content targeted at Senior Sales and Marketing Professionals
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude, highly motivated individual with ability to multitask
- Must be a self-starter with an insatiable desire to learn and produce
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of WordPress
