It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Taking direction from the Marketing Manager for Canada, and working out of our Laval, QC office, this position will support a variety of marketing initiatives to deliver on best-in-class customer engagement. This includes the successful execution of conferences and events, orchestrating account programs and POP displays, as well as general website upkeep. This position also serves as a support role collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to help deliver effective marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, passionate marketeer who can think strategically and connect the dots between several marketing disciplines. This position will allow for further development of marketing skillsets in a fast-growing company. This role is for a high-energy problem-solver who works well independently as well as in a team setting, able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

− Leads the execution of conferences and events in Canada, from pre-event registration to coordination of requirements with sales to overseeing post-event lead retrieval and the return of booth assets

− Manages marketing assets and collateral used at events, and for training and demonstrations

− Develops event/account specific marketing collateral including ads, brochures, posters, banners, etc.

− Owns the successful execution of the PIP® merchandising program, including the display and swag portal

− Supports day-to-day digital marketing initiatives that include upkeep of items on the website

− Supports the Marketing Manager for Canada by assisting with campaign needs and strategic initiatives

− Works collaboratively with the graphic design and North American marketing teams on projects

− Liaises with the Product Management and Sales teams on projects as needed

− Monitors competitors’ marketing campaigns to improve the effectiveness of our own efforts

− Exercises creativity in problem-solving as issues occur

− Helps manage shared marketing calendar of events

Experience and requirements:

− Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another business-related field

− 2 – 3 years’ experience in a marketing role – preferably in production of marketing assets

− Confident and ambitious for a career in marketing – seeks feedback and learns from mistakes

− Demonstrates attentiveness to detail with advanced organizational skills

− Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

− Hyper-organized with the ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously

− Excellent command of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

− Highlights areas needing improvement and helps develop processes

− Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving

− Experience with HubSpot MAS is a plus

− Excellent communication abilities (written and oral) in both French and English
