Company: Creative Recruiters

Job description: We’re working with a respected travel company known for its beautifully curated, expert-led cultural tours across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Their itineraries blend academic insight with unique travel experiences, appealing to clients with a strong interest in history, art, architecture and education. Alongside their international tours, they also offer an impressive online lecture program that extends their reach and supports ongoing engagement with their audience. As their offering continues to grow, they’re looking for a capable and organised Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney’s CBD, with the opportunity to work hybrid once you’re established. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of practical marketing skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to work within templated workflows across digital, print and social platforms. Why This Role Matters
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that keeps the marketing engine moving, particularly around tour communications and digital content updates. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys working to templates, and takes pride in delivering accurate, brand-aligned material.
The role sits within a collaborative, design-savvy team where initiative is appreciated, and there’s room to grow into broader content, digital or strategic work over time.Key Responsibilities

  • Format and update tour itineraries using Adobe InDesign
  • Maintain and update the website via Squarespace (webpage builds, calendar listings, Typeform integrations)
  • Format and upload pre-departure materials including background notes, daily schedules, tour notes and Vamoos app content
  • Support email campaigns by drafting and designing emails in Active Campaign
  • Coordinate weekly organic social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and align content with tours and campaigns
  • Upload lecture and video content, and support occasional live events and podcast production
  • Liaise with internal teams and tour leaders to collect and coordinate assets such as biographies, photos and welcome videos
  • Manage and improve digital assets and processes using tools like Canva, Zapier and Google Drive

To thrive here, you’ll likely have one to three years of experience in a similar marketing coordinator or assistant role. You’ll be familiar with layout and content tools like InDesign and Canva, and ideally have some exposure to Squarespace, email marketing platforms, and general project workflows. Clear written communication is essential, as is a sharp eye for formatting, visual consistency and catching small errors before they go live. An interest in the arts, education, travel or history isn’t mandatory, but it will help you feel connected to the work and the audience it serves. This is a role that is really going to offer you the opportunity to fine tune your marketing skills, work under an experienced Head of Marketing who you can learn from, be collaborative and bring your ideas, and really make this role your own. This role is due to start as soon as they find the right person – maybe that’s you!If you’re a detail-driven marketing coordinator ready to bring your skills to a purpose-led business with a rich cultural focus, and you’re keen to grow within a creative and collaborative environment, then we’d love to hear from you.To apply, click on the link below and upload your up-to-date CV. Bonus points for those people who upload any examples of work for flyers or graphics that you may have produced as well. Please note that, as much as we would like to get back to everyone, we’re simply unable to do that.
