We’re proud of our low staff turnover and long employee tenures, which reflect the positive experience of working at Croudace.Marketing CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator to join our busy and creative Marketing team in Caterham.What you’ll be doing:In this varied role, you will support the department by working closely with internal teams and site contractors to implement and maintain consistent branding across all Croudace Homes developments. You’ll help ensure our brand is effectively represented both online and offline, contributing to the development of marketing materials and digital content in line with our brand standards.Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing deliverables in line with the wider strategy, managing portal listings such as Rightmove and Zoopla, and ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints. You will also work with our digital agency to monitor search and social performance, aiming to optimise cost per lead, and report insights to the Marketing Manager. Gathering competitor and market intelligence will also be part of your role, helping us stay ahead of trends and maintain a strong market presence.Skills & knowledge you’ll bring:Degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or equivalent professional qualification such as CIM.Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.Relevant experience in a marketing role with experience of recommending marketing proposals, preferably within the housing sector.Strong communication skills (in all formats) and copywriting skillsGood IT skills: Microsoft Word; Excel; Power Point, etc. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.Full driving licence (clean preferred)Some knowledge of the construction, house building or property sectors would be an advantageWhy join Croudace?At Croudace Homes, we believe our people are our greatest asset—and we’re committed to rewarding and supporting them.
