• Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns (online and offline)
• Managing Bixter’s brand communication across digital platforms and social media
• Preparing marketing materials, newsletters, and presentations
• Coordinating partnerships and outreach campaigns targeting employers and trainees worldwide
• Conducting market research and analyzing customer insights
• Supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding activities
• Participating in fairs, expos, and business meetings
• Collaborating closely with the sales, operations, and design teams

✅ RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you must have:

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or similar
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, branding, or advertising
• Proficiency in English (Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and content creation
• Excellent Communications and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• International experience or working with diverse cultural backgrounds is an advantage.
