The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce marketing operations. The primary goal of this position is to ensure the efficient and effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce core CRM system to support our marketing strategies. This includes overseeing database management, campaign execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives to drive company growth and improve customer engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including database maintenance, segmentation, and campaign management.
- Develop and implement marketing automation workflows (Email Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama, etc.)
- Develop and implement marketing cloud integrations with Salesforce CRM to capture customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted email campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure data quality and integrity within the Salesforce system.
- Partner with marketing cloud vendor to manage email deliverability and reputation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features, implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
MINIMUM Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Certification/License
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist) preferred.
Experience
- 4+ years proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist).
- Experience with CRM and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design.
- Experience in a B2B or B2C marketing environment.

Work Environment
- Work indoors and or outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
- Limited amount of local and/or multiple location traveling required

- Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises
- The preference for this role is to be onsite in Plantation, Florida. The company is open to a remote working arrangement with the expectation of monthly onsite travel visits.
