Marketing Client Partner – Marketing Solutions, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing

Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:

As a regional client partner, you will play a consulting role to brands for their marketing and media strategies on Shopee, with the goal of helping brands to achieve their business objectives & targets by leveraging Shopee’s full suite of marketing solutions and services. The scope includes but is not limited to performance review as well as special projects. Besides brands, you will also work closely with various regional and local cross functional teams including commercial and product teams. 

Job Description:

  • Act as a marketing consultant to regional brands on Shopee, to help them achieve their business goals
  • Be responsible for regional brands’ overall marketing strategy, media planning, campaign performance review on Shopee
  • Adopt a data-driven mindset to monitor, optimise the tracking and measurement of brands’ performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Regional Brand Partnership team for client pitching and day-to-day support on marketing-related issues
  • Facilitate the roll-out and adoption of Shopee’s marketing solutions or new products/features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ Communications & Advertising
  • 3-6 years’ experience in digital marketing or performance marketing with tracked client management experience
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing & online advertising channels in SEA & TW
  • Excellent analytic skills and be sensitive to numbers with a problem-solving mindset
  • Good at stakeholder management externally & internally to influence decision-making via advanced and precise communications
  • Good storytelling and logical thinking in presentations, documents, excels
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Media agency or online platform background preferred
  • Flexible in traveling within SEA as occasional travel is needed
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region
