Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We look for talented people with diverse backgrounds to join our team. Right now, we’re recruiting a Marketing Campaign Specialist in our Madrid or our London office.

Your Mission

As Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, ensuring the end to end planification and delivery of the Marketing activations from the different markets.

Your Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, you will be in charge of:

• Supporting the Marketing activations happening at a country level across Europe.
• Coordinating with the rest of global marketing functions (Brand, Comms, Digital-media) to ensure activations on time.
• Ensure the best KPIs & targets setting for each of those activations.
• Ensures timings and deadlines are met.
• Supports the Senior Campaign Manager with the correct local implementation of global marketing activations.
• Ensures a correct post-campaign analysis and reporting to the relevant teams on all the activations managed.

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar Marketing position
• Hands-on experience with executing campaigns
• Excellent Project management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to have a holistic vision of our marketing performance
• Able to analyse the forecast, and results of marketing campaigns
• Process-oriented mindset
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills
• Available to work from one of our offices a minimum of 2 days per week
