About the Role

LexisNexis Marketing is an outcomes-focused Marketing team, responsible for driving new revenue across our portfolio of SaaS based products. Our team is agile, collaborative and high-performing. We are recruiting for a new Marketing Campaign Manager on the US Marketing Team to be a part of our exciting journey at LexisNexis!

This essential role on the US Marketing Team will support the design, planning and execution of account-based campaigns across our product portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with exciting opportunities to lead projects cross-functionally. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented marketer who will be able to scale ABM programs and build relationships with stakeholders throughout the company. This candidate will be analytically minded and able to report program success based on funnel metrics, including opportunities and wins.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of ABM campaign planning and execution including: developing campaign objectives and goals, leading planning sessions with teammates, executing campaign plans, and tracking to campaign goals.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use a variety of data sources and marketing technology to identify target accounts and target prospects to include in ABM programs.
  • Own reporting and analysis on account-based marketing programs, including metrics aligned to campaign effectiveness, lead generation, opportunity creation, pipeline velocity, and ROI within the account.
  • Test, measure, and optimize programs and tactics on an ongoing basis to meet and exceed goals.
  • Forge strong partnership with the Digital, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing Teams to drive outcomes together.
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure Marketing is providing innovative, revenue-generating and cross-sell programs to achieve Marketing and Sales goals.

Knowledge & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role
  • Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B hi-tech company.
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with a variety of roles, from executives to sales representatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously when necessary, in a virtual work environment, while maintaining connectivity with our Team.
  • Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing strategies to nurture leads and accelerate growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to strategize and analyze program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Trello, Airtable, and ABM data tools (Tech Target/Sendoso/Madison Logic/ Demandbase) – experience with some or all tools is a plus!
  • Must have a positive and flexible attitude for working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build strong relationships across various departments and functions.
