  • Organise team meetings, away days, workshops and training
  • Co-ordinate the monthly colleague calls and roadshows across the firm
  • Diary manage for the senior management team
  • Undertake market research on companies, our competitors and our marketplace
  • Assist with the production of documents such as Board reports, PowerPoint presentations and proposals
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with client and prospect data
  • Manage the marketing invoice book and credit card
  • Assist in planning, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)
  • Be responsible for ordering name badges for new starters, branded merchandise and other print items
  • Proof read marketing materials to ensure they meet brand requirements and our style guide
  • Support other BD and marketing activities as required

About youWe are looking for a experience administrator, someone who is proactive and can spot where they can help the team. The person can use their own initiative and be adaptable working with changing deadlines and priorities. Most of all they will love being part of a fun and creative team.

  • Top notch organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Full driving licence and own transport is essential
