Marketing Automation Specialist – Analista de Marketing – Automação

O que você fará

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Implementation Specialist to assist in the setup, configuration, and execution of marketing automation campaigns. This role will focus on ensuring smooth Marketo implementations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting marketing teams with automation best practices. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Marketo administration, email campaign execution, and CRM integrations, and a passion for optimizing marketing workflows. You will report into a Marketing Automation Manager.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades

Marketo Setup & Administration

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Marketo.
  • Set up system level programs, campaigns, email templates, and landing pages within Marketo.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system settings to ensure data security and compliance.
  • You will monitor and troubleshoot Marketo integrations with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other marketing tools.

Campaign Execution & Support

  • Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to set up and deploy email campaigns, webinars, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Execute A/B testing strategies on emails, landing pages, and workflows to improve performance.
  • Support form creation, lead capture strategies, and list segmentation for targeted campaigns.

Lead Management & Data Quality

  • Maintain and enforce data hygiene practices, including deduplication, enrichment and normalization.
  • You will help implement lead scoring models to improve marketing and sales alignment.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Support reporting efforts by tracking main metrics like email performance, lead conversions, and database health.
  • Help with regular audits of marketing automation workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
  • You will provide recommendations based on campaign data analysis to enhance engagement.

O que precisa possuir para ser bem sucedido

  • 3 or more years of experience with Marketo (Adobe Marketo Engage).
  • Experience with e-mail marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Experience with API integrations, or other automation tools is a plus.
