Join the Fusion Team

We are searching for an exceptionally talented Marketing Associate to join our growing Marketing and Design team, and drive us to new heights! As Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to support in the management and rollout of all our brand and digital related projects while constantly coming up with creative and innovative solutions/ ideas to elevate the customer homebuying journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee all brand and digital development and implementation for the Fusion Homes brands/sub-brands
• Support with the creative vision for our newest developments, while partnering with external agencies to bring it to life
• Oversee and manage our social media channels and visual asset development
• Be the main point of contact for the Sales team by developing and implementing Marketing campaigns to drive performance
• Engage in other special projects and assist other Fusion team members as required

What you bring to the table:

• 3-5 years of related marketing experience (preferably in the Brand and Digital)
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Digital or Brand focus
• Experience with WordPress and Adobe Creative an asset
• Management of Social Media Platforms
• Eye for detail and branding
