THE GOAL

The aim as Marketing Assistant is to: provide tools, implement new concepts & run projects in order to develop our brands on several channels & achieve our ambitious turnover objectives.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Department – Marketing

Reporting to – Marketing Manager

Working with all BENELUX team (Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain etc.), Group Marketing team and external agencies.

WHAT THEY DO

• You will support and coordinate 360 campaigns launch in-store (POS materials, merchandising, new product implementation, PR, online), support the marketing mix elements locally in coordination with the internal and external stakeholders (agencies, retailers, partners, internal team), analyse impact on sales.
• Responsible for the product management (pricing, performance, promotion) and maintenance of retailer and KellyDeli data.
• Keeping the team up to date in terms of market information e.g. pricing.
• You will assist in the growth and development of our CRM program, working with the global team on the email marketing plan and adapting templates.
• You will maintain online marketing platforms (socials, website) with assistance from the external agencies.
• You will support with various exciting projects, working closely with external agencies, BENELUX team and the global team.
• You will be based in Amsterdam.

WHO THEY ARE

• You have acquired a degree or equivalent level of education either in a relevant area such as Marketing or Communications
• You have a proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food and beverage /hospitality /retail industry
• Accurate and detail focused
• You are able to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment and to communicate at all levels within and out of the organization
• Highly motivated, creative with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen interest in food businesses
• You are reliable and an effective problem solver with ability to think outside the box,
• Excellent level of Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
• French speaking is a plus
