What is the key purpose of a Marketing Assistant? 

As a Marketing Assistant at Taboola, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various tasks related to industry events, regional project management, content production, vendor interactions, localizations, data analysis, and more. 

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For this role it is essential that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required for effective communication with stakeholders in Latin America.
• Data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous marketing or event planning experience is a plus.

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

Industry Event Support: 

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing industry events in Latin America, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
• Manage event logistics, booth setup, and collateral preparation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Regional Project Management:

• Assist in managing regional marketing projects in Latin America, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain project timelines, track progress, and report on project status.
• Coordinate with regional teams to align marketing efforts.

Invoices and Payments:

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
• Maintain accurate financial records related to marketing expenses.

Content Production:

• Assist in creating and updating marketing content for the Latin American market, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure content is aligned with marketing strategies.

Vendor Interactions:

• Communicate and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners in Latin America.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Localizations:

• Support the localization of marketing materials for the Latin American market, considering cultural nuances and local preferences.

Data Analysis for Decks and Collaterals:

• Analyze data to create compelling presentations and marketing collateral tailored to the Latin American market.
• Use data insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.

Additional Tasks:

• Assist in various marketing-related tasks as needed, such as market research, competitor analysis, and administrative support.
