Job description: Marketing Assistant£28k – £30k (potential to go higher dependent on experience)Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 remote)Manchester City CentreExcellent benefitsForward Role are working with a well-known, fast-paced B2C brand based in the heart of Manchester to find a talented Marketing Operations Assistant.This key role will support senior marketing leadership, help coordinate cross-functional activity, manage budgets, and assist with the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.What you’ll be doing:

• Help the team stay organised by managing diaries, admin tasks, and supporting key projects
• Work closely with different teams to keep marketing plans on track and everyone in the loop
• Handle purchase orders, process invoices, and keep an eye on budgets
• Pitch in with campaign planning and help create things like content, brochures, and digital materials
• Help set up team events, chat with suppliers when needed, and make sure everything follows company processes

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s super organised and good at managing their time
• Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data
• Confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiar with finance systems
• Able to work independently and handle a mix of tasks at once
• Has strong attention to detail and likes things done properly
• Experience with budgets & POs
• A background in admin, finance or marketing support would be great
