Marketing Assistant

• Assist with maintenance of the media plan
• Prepare tender, obtain quotations and work with defined procurement systems to order and process required goods and services
• Maintain inventory tracking sheet of any in-house marketing materials such as roll-ups, feather flags, etc.
• Assist with developing marketing collateral specific to Earth Moving Technologies division and assist with marketing and sales strategy plan aligned to business objectives
• Liaise with graphic designer and copywriter for new advertising artwork
• Ensure ads are reviewed/approved by appropriate individuals in advance of submission deadlines
• Assist with coordination of other marketing initiatives where necessary such as email marketing, internal communications projects, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Marketing
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing considered an asset
• Must be adaptable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
