As an Marketing intern in Chroma Hair Club you will make impact from day one. With your knowledge you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and get real experience with growing the brand and see fast results. As well, you can experiment with your creative side and communicative skills to build the awareness and SoMe online- presence.

Your responsibilities:

• Creating and testing Marketing strategy from scratch

• Conduct customer-/ market research

• Structure and build on the results to maximise growth

• Team up with the Founder to brainstorm and execute exciting ideas

• Actively taking responsibility for your projects

• Ideate, create, edit visual content for SoMe

• Be responsible for planning and maintaining the platforms

Who are you?

• You might need (but are not required) to have an internship as part of your studies.

• Are highly organised and works responsibly and independently.

• Loves to push their knowledge and proactively takes ownership.

• Takes a data-driven approach to optimise marketing performance.

• Have experience with the platforms to build and capture the audience

• Enjoy the ideation and with SoMe content and data

• You excel in communication and creative work

• Is fluent in written/ spoken English. Danish is a plus, but not a necessity

What is Chroma Hair Club?

Chroma Hair is a subscription based hair colour home-kit for the end-consumer. We want to provide the consumer with a high-quality hair colour that is personalised to their needs. With ingredients that are ethical in regards to sustainability, safe for human and nature, locally sourced and vegan. We want to reshape the standard and view of chemical ingredients in cosmetics. You would work closely with the founder in regards to brainstorming and strategising.

The work environment is flexible in regards to place and times, so that it fits your schedule as well. The work location can either at the office in Frederiksberg (lots of other

start-ups to have inspiring talks with, workshops and other fun activities) or another convenient place for all parts to work efficiently and motivated.
