Job Detail

JOB TITLE: Marketing and PR

LOCATION: Dartford

HOURS: Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm

SALARY: £30,000- £40,000 per annum

CULTURE: Global company with Head Office based in Dartford

OFFICE BASED position

I am delighted to be working with this global company who are looking for an experienced candidate with PR and Marketing experience to join their team. Having been established for over 50 years, this company are continuing to grow and now is the perfect time to join them. You will be required to travel both around the UK and in Europe throughout the year to exhibitions and PR opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend promotional and networking events/ exhibitions and support Business Development team
• Create Marketing strategies to promote brand awareness
• Prepare promotional material with graphics
• Prepare images for advertising
• Liaise with web designers to maintain and update website regularly.
• Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic including the management and maintenance of the company’s social media
• Build relationships with internal departments and external clients
• Ensure the most up-to-date market information is distributed throughout the company and for use in networking events
• Preparing press releases and dealing with enquires from the public, the press, and related organisations
• Design and manage technical submissions for industry awards

Skills And Attributes Necessary

• Extensive experience in Marketing & PR
• Confident in public speaking and able to build relationships
• Experience within the Construction industry highly beneficial
• Excellent Organisation skills
• Must possess creative and persuasive writing skills
• Degree or equivalent in Marketing- highly beneficial
