Job description: Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Communications Director to lead and build the function from the ground up. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing a full-spectrum B2B marketing and communications strategy aligned with our business growth goals in the Saudi and regional market.The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of launching and scaling marketing functions in high-growth tech infrastructure or B2B environments and demonstrate the ability to build brand presence, drive commercial engagement, and position the company as an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:Function Setup: Establish and scale the marketing and communications department, including strategy, team structure, processes, tools, and vendor partnerships.Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and market positioning across B2B channels.Communications & PR: Lead external communications, including media relations, PR campaigns, corporate messaging, and thought leadership to support brand credibility.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, paid media, content strategy, marketing automation, and website management.Content & Campaigns: Develop compelling B2B content (case studies, white papers, industry reports, etc.) and manage multi-channel campaigns targeted at enterprise clients.Brand Development: Define and evolve brand positioning and identity in alignment with the company’s mission and growth roadmap.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team; provide mentorship and foster a results-driven culture.Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy and messaging.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in tech infrastructure, enterprise software, or B2B services in the GCC, ideally with start-up or scale-up experience.Demonstrated success in building a marketing function from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Deep understanding of B2B marketing tools, lead generation, content marketing, and brand positioning.Experience working in or with the Saudi market is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Fluent in EnglishFOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Andrew Royston
