Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Inline Group Inc. has an opportunity for a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator in either Edmonton or Calgary. This is a hybrid position – three days in the office, and two days working remotely. If the successful candidate is in Calgary, travel to Edmonton will be required on a monthly basis. Key Accountabilities

Marketing & Communications

– Develop and implement over-arching marketing and communications strategic plan in line with Business Development goals.
– Develop and implement content strategy for implementation on digital mediums, including social media, website, and SEO.
– Develop and implement public relations strategy to improve branding and awareness of Inline and its key team members.
– Coordinate ongoing initiatives executed through Inline’s external marketing agencies for upcoming rebranding exercise, website development, video production efforts and more.
– Coordinate and implement event planning initiatives.
– Manage the maintenance and ongoing development of Inline’s website and other digital presences.
– Manage the maintenance and ongoing development of Inline’s social media channels.
– Coordinate graphic design initiatives for Inline’s printed and digital materials.
– Coordinate video production initiatives.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills

– Post-Secondary degree program focused in either Marketing or Communications, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
– Understanding of key marketing and communication concepts – both traditional and digital.
– Understanding of key branding concepts – both traditional and digital.
– Proficient in graphic design and video production capabilities is a plus.
– Organization skills with great attention to detail.
– Strong writing capabilities – both technical and creative.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines.
– Ability to work in team-based environments.
– Ability to travel to project sites or conferences across Canada (as needed) to execute marketing/communications tasks.
