To support this growth, we’re now looking for an ambitious and analytical Marketing Analytics Lead for our office in Copenhagen. If you love diving into data, building robust models, and delivering insights that drive better marketing decisions, we want to hear from you!What you’ll doAs the Marketing Analytics Lead at Flatpay, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing data infrastructure, insights, and models. You’ll work closely with Marketing and BI to ensure we measure what matters, track it reliably, and act on it with confidence.From building data pipelines and attribution models to answering complex ad-hoc questions and producing our monthly marketing performance report – you’ll make sure data becomes the backbone of all marketing decisions. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data engineering and business impact.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from CRM, media platforms and offline sources
• Implementing real-time or near-real-time data transformations for dashboards and downstream models
• Auditing existing models and identifying gaps in performance and predictive power
• Delivering ad-hoc analysis for budget planning, campaign optimization and audience segmentation
• Building end-to-end statistical attribution models to quantify the incremental impact of TV advertising
• Producing our monthly marketing report and reconciling key metrics across dashboards and financial systems
• Ensuring consistency of key metrics like CAC, ROI and LTV across departments

Who you areTo thrive in this role, you’re a structured problem-solver with a strong grasp of marketing data, statistical modeling, and performance reporting. You’re fluent in SQL and Python, and you’re comfortable designing pipelines and dashboards that scale. You’re also great at communicating complex findings in a way that helps stakeholders make confident decisions. You enjoy figuring things out, building from scratch, and taking ownership of your work.Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Snowflake
• Experience with ETL tools such as Weld, dbt or Fivetran
• Familiarity with BI tools like PowerBI and version control tools like Git
• Strong communication skills and a track record of collaborating well with non-technical stakeholders
• A bias toward action, and a love of solving messy problems with elegant data solutions
