Job description: Our client based near Reading is seeking a highly organised Marketing Administrator to join their team. In this dual role, you will have ownership of their digital presence while supporting front-of-house operations.Please note that on occasion you will need to work at least two Saturdays a month.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in front-of-house and administrative support, ideally within a high-end, client-facing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms
- Support email marketing campaigns, website updates and branded content creation
- Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimise content.
- Welcome clients and manage appointment scheduling
- Handle calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
- Ensure the front-of-house area reflects a premium client experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing/front-of-house role, ideally within a client facing setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using booking/CRM systems
- A genuine interest in skincare, health and wellbeing is desirable

Expected salary: £25000 – 28000 per year
