Reporting to the marketing manager, the marketing administration assistant will support the marketing team with various administrative tasks (Start date: January 2023).
- Create and maintain purchase orders and run budget reports
- Assist in preparation of presentations and update marketing templates
- Provide data entry and support the maintenance of the Chandos intranet
- Support the team in organization of digital files
- Aid in the planning and preparation for corporate events when needed
- Maintain and upkeep branded Chandos merchandise inventory
- Work with various departments including human resources and accounting to run reports, collect information, submit data, and coordinate among teams.
- Provide general administrative support not listed here, on an as needed basis.
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience required
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft suite program skills
- Able to work in a team-based environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizations skills
- Comfortable working within budgeting software
