About The Role & Team

Would you like to be part of a great team setting the commercial direction in one of the Nordics fastest growing MedTech companies?

3Shape Nordics are expanding the team, and we are looking for a Marketing and Account Manager who will play an integral role in continuing the transformation of the Sales and Marketing functions for 3Shape Nordics. 3Shape is an international company creating award-winning 3D scanning solutions with 2,000+ employees, headquarters in Copenhagen (DK), and with sales offices all over the world.

You will be responsible for developing and executing on marketing activities as well as building stronger account management strategies for developing accounts. In addition to this, you will work on maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, driving business growth of existing customers and expanding existing key accounts. You will be collaborating closely with partners to generate sales leads, create awareness for 3Shape products, support with marketing activities, and increase sales to maximize market penetration in the Nordic countries. You will also support the team by arranging and participating in relevant events and exhibitions, and meeting or exceeding revenue and general practitioner dentist targets.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. You should have a solid, general understanding of marketing and advertising and be able to think creatively to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. A strong marketing background, including knowledge of account management with new technologies, will also be relevant in this role.

You will be part of a team consisting of 5 colleagues, working alongside a supportive group of professionals who are dedicated to achieving common goals where collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect are highly valued.

Your success will depend on your ability to

• Develop marketing strategy for Nordics
• Maintain/build strong relationships, partnerships with stakeholders in key accounts and close collaboration with our global marketing in headquarters.
• Build and execute on marketing activity campaigns towards new and existing customer groups
• Produce and plan events in collaboration with key partners

Who You Are

• Minimum 3-5 years of Marketing experience from a similar position
• Relevant educational background, e.g. cand.merc or similar experience may compensate
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), and fluent (written and spoken) in one of the Nordic languages
• Result driven, action oriented, independent and thrives in a fast-paced growth environment
• Always interested in learning. We collect curious and passionate colleagues who are not afraid to take on new tasks to learn and grow their skills.
