Job Detail

Trading approximately 50 financial markets globally, data is critical to Maven’s market making and proprietary trading activities, and we consume lots of it.

We are looking for a Market Data Analyst to join the newly formed Business Intelligence team at Maven.

As the Market Data Analyst you will be based in London, working closely with the Data Procurement and Licensing manager as well as colleagues in other Maven departments across all Maven offices. This role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual who wishes to jumpstart their career in financial market data whilst working in a fast paced and rewarding environment.

WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO:

• Take ownership of the administrative aspects of market data at Maven including
• Monthly exchange reporting
• Invoice reconciliations and approvals
• Data uploads to our contract management system
• Maven user data enablements
• Assist the Data Procurement and Licensing manager with Maven initiatives to achieve efficiencies in our data usage and spend
• Assist the Data Procurement and Licensing manager with various ad-hoc administrative and data related work or work as directed from time to time
• Assist with the maintenance of Maven’s data catalogue
