We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our insurance company. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase lead generation, and optimize the return on investment (ROI) for our digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels, analyse campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing within the insurance or finance industry and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Job ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Manager to develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, lead generation, and ROI optimization.

  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, such as product and media agency, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in performance marketing within the insurance sector to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial industry.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful performance marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and platforms, including SEM, display advertising, paid social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms, to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
